Crystal and Light Language Codes as well as all Energy work are considered complementary and holistic therapies and do not replace the need for traditional medical care through your physician or licensed professional.

      5. Disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as required or as We deem reasonably necessary; and/or
      6. Any other actions which We deem reasonably appropriate (and lawful).
   3. We hereby exclude any and all liability arising out of any actions that We may take (including, but not limited to those set out above in Part 13.2) in response to your breach.

1. 1. If We have your contact details, We may send you important notices by email from time to time. Such notices may relate to matters including, but not limited to, changes to Our Site or to these Terms and Conditions.
   2. We will not send you marketing emails without your express consent. If you do consent to marketing, you may opt out at any time. All marketing emails from Us include an unsubscribe link. If you opt out of emails from Us, it may take up to 30 days for your request to take effect and you may continue to receive emails during that time.
   3. For questions or complaints about communications from Us, please contact Us using the details above in Part 3.

• Shipping & Handling

All orders are treated as a priority for dispatch and we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. This is typically within 24 hours for purchases of crystals and the Universally Themed Light Language Prints. Bespoke Light-Language Paintings estimated dispatch date will be communicated via email as these are produced within 2 to 3 weeks from purchase date.   

1. For domestic shipping, please allow 3-5 working days after your payment or estimated dispatch date has been confirmed. If your order has not arrived by the designated time, please email connect@cosmic-coincidences.com with your order number and contact details.
2. For international shipping parcels will be sent via DHL and delivery times may vary according to the destination. Please see the following link for delivery times and prices: https://send.dhlparcel.co.uk/parcel-delivery/international-delivery-rates . Please note that Duties and Taxes may be due on parcels sent outside the UK. When your parcel arrives in its destination country, the recipient will receive a bill for the duties and taxes which are due. These are calculated by customs officials in the destination country based on the description of goods, value of goods and origin of goods.

• Returns

1. 1. All sales are final and items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they have been damaged in transit. If this has been the case, please email Us with photo evidence within 48 hours of receipt. We are happy to reimburse any damaged items which must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is packaged in the original wrapping to prevent any further damage. Please ensure that you use a tracking and signed courier service. Items lost in transit which do not reach us will not be reimbursed. 

• Law and Jurisdiction

1. 1. These Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.
   2. If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Nothing in Part 18.1 takes away from or reduces your legal rights as a consumer.
   3. If you are a consumer, any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim between you and Us relating to these Terms and Conditions or to the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.
   4. If you are a business user, any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim between you and Us relating to these Terms and Conditions or to the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
